Third & Manageable does not provide medical, psychological, or professional counseling services. The content and tools available through the Services are intended for informational and supportive purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Emergency Service

Termination and Deletion
- You may stop using the app and website at any time
- You can delete your account from within the app via Profile > Delete Account
- For website-only accounts, you may request deletion by contacting support
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
